The expeditions are based on genuine knowledge exchange with professional growth as a result.

We offer two kinds of expeditions:

Expeditions around a Business Case

With these expeditions the European professionals share their knowledge with an African entrepreneur or organisation around a specific business case.
These expeditions result in an immediate improvement with applicable knowledge and skills adapted to the local needs.

Expeditions around a Theme

With these expeditions, a group of African professionals will share their knowledge with European professionals around a specific theme. During the expedition they will work together on theme related projects and workshops.

 

Theme Expeditions we currently offer:

1. Ubuntu and Leadership Expedition

Ubuntu is a famous African philosophy which stands for: 'I am because of we...'. With this expedition, GreenDreamCompany aims to learn the meaning of the Ubuntu management philosophy and how it empowered managers who have already implemented it in their company.

2. Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals Expedition

This 8 day trip will offer an opportunity for empowerment of both African women and women from around the world in the professional field to successfully work together and share experiences.

3. Real Estate Expedition: Back to the Source

This expedition is focused on project developers, architects, municipalities, housing associations and banks. During this experience you get the opportunity to discover 'Booming Addis Ababa', find out more about the 'Hidden Treasures of Gondar' and learn about it famous architecture. As a group you will cooperate with local professionals on relevant projects.
