The Lodge
This Lodge is situated east of the famous Fasilides castle compound offering spectacular mountain and castle views. The property is quietly secluded due to its enclosed center, and benefits from an inevitable environment. The hotel offers a range of Double, Twin and Dormitory accommodation suit any travel requirements. The lodge has been built respectfully, in an eco-friendly way sourcing local materials to ensure the utmost authenticity for the guests stay. All workers came from the local area and upon completion of the lodge, many continued in employment with the lodge as waiters, cooks, security , etc. The Lodge also provides educational opportunities to our staff. They support the local communities by educating a best practice towards the treatment of the horses, ensuring the animals they hire are well kept and fed. The vision of Lodge du Chateau is to develop practices so that everyone, through their work, can maintain a decent and dignified livelihood and develop to their full potential.
The Case:
We are looking for an expert to professional support development of existing or new services and products by jobtraining and management support. Their focus is on the restaurant for which they want to expand their services (until now they only served breakfast but want to start serving lunch and dinner this high season, form October 2011). Here for the Lodge is looking for support in creating recipes and developing and implementing workflows for the restaurant.
