This 80 rooms hotel is in need for management support. They need to improve their quality and service to the current market standards in the (inter-)national hotel business.
They want to improve current and develop new services by:
- Developing the quality of the staff and administration
- Developing new services
- Providing staff and personel with (international) hospitality training
Management development
The hotel is located in the city of Gondar, one of the touristic highlights of Ethiopia. The hotel offers hotel accommodation, conferences and other events. At the hotel you also find a health and fitness club and swimming pool (under construction)
They like the professional manager to work closely together with the local staff and:
