Engaged in capacity building in the hospitality and tourism sector in Africa as well as personal development experience, GreenDreamCompany is inviting small and medium enterprises, who are interested in improving their knowledge and competences, in this sector to submit their application to receive assistance from professionals from the Netherlands.

 

GreenDreamCompany is organising Together-4-Better Expedition, a capacity building programme which operates on different levels. The scope of the programmes addresses both management and business development. The programmes are tailor-made and take place on-site. These programmes are provided by Dutch professionals who are eager to exchange their knowledge and expertise with entrepreneurs in African countries. Therefore the costs for African participants remain limited. The foundation of this exchange programme is built upon mutual advantages.

 

Who are we looking for?

You are a small or medium entrepreneur in the tourism sector or you are a (non-) governmental or organisation that contributes to nature, culture and/or tourism development. You have a strong drive to develop your business or organisation further. You are open minded about exchanging knowledge and experiences with European professionals.

 

At this moment the programme is open for Ethiopia and South Africa.

 

Entrepreneurs and organisations located in Egypt, Kenya, Uganda, the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Malawi, Lesotho and Mozambique are also invited to express their interest. Should there be much interest coming from these countries, GreenDreamCompany will consider introducing the programme in these countries.

 

Your investment

You have a good command of English and are committed to invest in time and to supply hospitality to the participants and to act as a contact relation. The organisation must also have a professional available who is working closely together with the Dutch professional.

 

Your case should address specific areas of improvement to allow for 2 to 3 weeks efficient intervention of the professionals.

 

How to qualify?

Send us your application with a motivation letter including:

 

• current business situation and future ambition(s);
• required expertise;
• expected result(s) for your business and social impact and contribution to your surroundings;
• willing to invest time and to supply hospitality to the participants and act as a contact relation.
