Historical and Ecological values at Fort Vechten

This is one of the largest fortresses of the New Dutch Waterline and is also UNESCO protected.
The goals consisted out of keeping the historical and ecological values intact, revealing the personality of the fort to the public recreationally, bringing back to live the historical culture of the surroundings as well as maintaining the fortress itself.
